Mark Bachman says “I first was an advisor to a group of middle school students to help them craft their business ideas as well as a Pitch Coach as they practiced their pitch.  I then was a Shark Tank judge and awarded Crews Cash. To see the creativity, passion and enthusiasm of some of these kids and provide both encouragement as well as advice was very fulfilling. I plan to do it again this year and invite you to join as well.”

Event#2 – Shark Tank: (Dec 13, 14, & 15)

This semester they are involved in their own “classroom economy” where students earn “Crews Cash” for practicing entrepreneurial values in the classroom.  They then weekly participate in REAL auctions every other Friday where they bid on a variety of items like Amazon gift cards, snacks and a variety of gift cards using their “Crews Cash.”

They are looking for Sharks for their Shark Tank. As a “Shark” in the Shark tank event, you along with other Sharks will give up to $400 in “Crews Cash” out to students to spend in their final auction in December.  They even have their own banking app to go with it.

Prior to our Crews Shark Tank, Pitch Coaches will help train and coach students on how to give a great business pitch in the Shark Tank. This is a vital part of and will need a large number of volunteers.  Here are the dates and needs:
