About CEO Netweavers

20 years of principled leadership, trusted relationships, and results that shape careers and companies.

Two Decades of Trusted Leadership

Founded in Dallas in 2001 by John Casey, CEO Netweavers quickly grew from a single chapter into a multi-city network built on the principles of trust, service, and authentic connection. In 2004, the Atlanta chapter was launched under Jim Deupree’s leadership—and rapidly became the national hub of the organization, home to the largest and most active membership base.

From the very beginning, we’ve been privileged to have Bob Littell—author and originator of the term NetWeaving—as a founding member and contributor to both the Atlanta Chapter and the national organization. Bob generously granted us the rights to use the term to promote a pay-it-forward, servant leadership culture across our community and sister chapters.

Unlike most executive organizations that split members by title or industry, CEO Netweavers unites leaders across functions, industries, and generations around a shared commitment: build relationships first, and let results follow. Our first formal partnership was with the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, headquartered here in Atlanta and recognized globally as the top learning and development center for servant leadership. That alignment continues today, attracting leaders who blend business excellence with a pay-it-forward ethos.

Impact That Compounds

Over the past 20 years, our members have:

  • Guided 70+ companies through our Inflection Point program, helping CEOs and leadership teams overcome hurdles and unlock new phases of growth.
  • Mentored 100+ eMBA candidates, many of whom have gone on to lead companies and teams across Georgia and beyond.
  • Led companies through double- and triple-digit growth, IPOs, acquisitions, and market expansions—results that compound as members share expertise and open doors for each other.

Our community includes encore executives with multiple large exits, current top executives leading market growth, and high-potential emerging leaders shaping the future. That diversity of experience makes our network a uniquely valuable place to exchange insight, challenge assumptions, and accelerate both careers and companies.

The CEON Foundation

Incorporated as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the CEON Foundation is the organizational home of CEO Netweavers. While your experience as a member is focused on leadership, connection, and shared growth, our nonprofit structure allows us to extend our impact well beyond the membership itself—through initiatives like our Ron Clark Academy scholarship fund, mentorship programs, and other high-impact community partnerships.

Looking Ahead

Today, CEO Netweavers is reestablishing its national headquarters in Atlanta, anchored by deep relationships across Georgia’s business community. While Georgia remains our home base, our vision extends beyond state lines. As members relocate or expand into new markets, we aim to create local hubs in other cities—connected by the same culture of trust, candor, and shared success that defines our community today.

We’re also building a stronger virtual presence so that whether you’re in Atlanta, Austin, or anywhere in between, you can tap into the relationships, expertise, and opportunities CEO Netweavers provides.

Our evolving programming reflects this vision:

  • Quarterly marquee events uniting established executives, high-potential leaders, and encore members for high-value, cross-functional conversations.
  • Targeted peer dinners (returning in 2026) for intimate, strategic relationship-building among senior leaders.
  • Impact programs like Inflection Point and high-touch mentorship, bridging experience with opportunity wherever our members are located.
